My brother and I used to bother the animals at the farms near our houses. We never had any "big" pets of our own. I'm playing it by ear. It's hard to do the whole animal-lover thing in my line of work. [ Lockon laments with a sigh and shrugs his shoulders. ] I grew up faster than I had to. I didn't have the time when I was a kid either.
